由于目前缺乏对老寒腿的发病机理有足够的认识和更深一步的把握,因此对该疾病的治疗,很难有一种行而有效的治疗手段。面对这种顽固性的疾病,临床上很多时候都束手无策。虽艾灸疗法治疗KOA具有一定疗效,但对其机理缺乏较为深刻的认识。为此,积极探讨其机理及艾灸的疗法,对深入认识和最终克服该疾病在治疗上的难点具有重要的意义。
