阐述了和谐师生关系的内涵,并通过对样本的抽样调查,分析本院外科护理教学中的师生关系现状,针对现状在教师教学素质培养、学生培养、交流平台建设、师生评价体系建设等四个主要方面进行实践探究。基于目前社会对护理领域人才的现实需求,以培养高质量临床护理人才为目标,从建设和谐师生关系途径,搭建贴近现代社会医疗领域实际要求的外科护理学教学体系。
