中西医结合专业研究生教育的迅速发展,培育出了一大批中西医结合专业研究生人才。然而在此过程中也逐渐暴露出现有人才培养模式的不足,结合中西医结合专业研究生人才培养的历史与现状,分析目前人才培养模式的不足,从修订培养方案、设置专业课程、建设导师队伍、提高实践技能和科研能力、营造创新教育环境等方面,为中西医结合专业研究生培养提供思路。
