创新教育已成为新时代的重要任务,为培养创新能力为核心的药学人才,就目前的教学不足,本文从理论和实验教学、师资队伍建设、学术交流、综合能力培养方面提出改革建议,以提高研究生自主学习能力,加强创新意识的培养,全面提升教学能力,还培养了研究生的创新能力,培养适应社会发展的高素质药学人才。
