从一名普通高校教学工作者的角度出发,以教研室学术秘书岗位设置、学生竞赛团队的建设和管理工作、学生工作队伍的建设、教研室学科建设和教学活动的开展为例,探讨了AB角工作制在高校教学管理中的作用,说明了AB角工作制在保持工作的连续性、系统性,以及提高教学和服务质量方面的优越性,最后,对实施AB角工作制的要点进行了初步探讨。
