中医治疗胃病素有特色和显著疗效。本文总结了张仲景和叶天士两大医家在治疗胃病上的异同,相同点有理论皆以《内经》为基础、均提倡脾胃分治和重视胃的生理作用;不同点体现在病机认识、治则治法、用药规律及防治理论,以期完善胃病的辨证论治理论体系。

Traditional Chinese medicine's treatment on stomach disease is known for its outstanding characteristics and significant effect.This article summarizes the similarities and differences between Zhang Zhongjing and Ye Tianshi's treatment of the stomach disease in order to improve and perfect the system of syndrome differentiation and treatment.What they have in common are both theory are basic on Neijing,advocating different remedy of spleen and stomach and emphasizing physiological functions.The differences between them are pathogenesis,therape...
