早泄是一种男性射精功能障碍的男科常见疾病,总结谭新华教授御神辨证、配合脏腑有机结合治疗早泄临床经验。认为早泄发生的基本病因病机为心神失养,同时心肾不交、肝失疏泄、心脾虚损是其病程发展中重要病机;中医学中,神就是古代对生命存在的认识,与精相通,故治疗本病提出御神移精变气,统摄脏腑,以充养心神。
