主要采取文献资料法、数理统计法、对比分析法等研究方法,从太极推手及现代康复运动训练的理论、优势和弊端及治疗方面进行详细论述和分析,探讨将现代成熟的康复运动训练方法引入中国传统太极推手研究领域,是否能够有效提高颈型颈椎病的临床疗效,从而为颈型颈椎病的诊疗提供一个新思路。
