目的探讨七味消痤方水煎剂对痤疮致病菌的体外抑菌活性。方法制备七味消痤方水煎剂,采用牛津杯抑菌圈法定性检测七味消痤方水对金黄色葡萄球菌、表面葡萄球菌和痤疮丙酸杆菌的抑菌活性,然后通过2倍稀释法定量测定七味消痤方水煎剂对金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌和痤疮丙酸杆菌最小抑菌浓度（MIC）、最小杀菌浓度（MBC）。结果牛津杯抑菌圈直径实验结果比较,中药组抑菌活性明显大于对照组,有统计学意义,（P金黄色葡萄球菌>表皮葡萄球菌。结论七味消痤方水煎剂对痤疮致病菌表现出明显的抑菌活性。

Objective To investigate the antibacterial activity of Qiwei Xiaocuo decoction on the pathogenic bacteria of acne. Methods The Qiwei Xiaocuo decoction was prepared. The minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) and minimum bactericidal concentration (MICC) of Qiwei Xiaocuo decoction on Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus epidermidis and Propionibacterium acnes were determined by 2-fold dilution method, and then use the Oxford Cup inhibition zone to legally test the antibacterial activity of Qiwei Xiaocuo drinking water against Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus aureus and Propionibacterium a...
