中医儿童健康科普人才和儿科医疗资源匮乏的问题,在"二胎"政策全面放开后,更加凸显出来。这对中医院校培养中医儿童健康科普人才提出了新的要求,只有在基于市场需求的基础上改革人才培养模式,才能培养出满足社会需要的复合型人才。本文就此引入设计思维,对中医院校培养中医儿童健康科普人才培养模式进行改革,引导科普人员从传统的思维方式转向通俗和社会化思考,站在受众的角度,以要达成的成果着手,解决中医药科普目前存在的一些问题;引导科普人员实现正确运用科普的表现手法来表现科学知识,传递科技信息;能够创新性的构建中医药文化科普人才培养模式,提高中医药科普人才培养质量,丰富科普教育理...
