独立学院自1998年开办以来经历了探索试办、规范办学、内涵式发展等阶段。本课题组从职业素质培养的角度,对中医学专业独立学院人才培养各方开展了调研,显示独立学院的学生具有鲜明的有别于母体大学学生的特点,调查分析了独立学院学生的职业素质培养现实问题,以期有的放矢地推动独立学院教学改革,并以《伤寒论》课程为例进行了探讨。
