中风(stro k e)是一种严重危害人类健康和生命安全的常见的难治性疾病,为了系统探讨中风的分子生物学研究进展,总结近年来分子生物学领域治疗中风相关的临床实验和文献资料,从分子生物学、分子免疫学等方面研究中风的进展,在药物使用、分子机理、临床疗效等方面进行整理、分析及总结,展望分子生物学在中风疾病的应用以及未来研究前景.
