为了改变低年级本科医学生科研能力薄弱的现状,本科研小组在湖南中医药大学医学院病理教研室陈丽老师的带领下,创建了一种崭新的低年级本科医学生培养模式--TTTS培养模式。根据此模式,科研小组以申请"大学生研究性学习和创新性实验计划"课题为平台,设计出科学合理的培养模式,实现团队成员专业知识、实践能力、科研水平三方面的提升。这种培养模式的提出帮助低年级医学本科生塑造科研思维与能力,对培养我国医疗卫生事业创新型人才也有着不小的借鉴意义。
