目的 通过观察湖南省内医院住院患者治疗缺血性脑卒中急性期瘀血阻络型患者的中西医联合治疗情况,探索该病的中西医结合治疗的优化方案,为临床提供依据.方法 以回顾病例的方式,收集2018年1月—2018年12月湖南省内多家医院的急性缺血性脑卒中符合纳入标准之病例480例,按治疗方法分为4组.通过观察各项治疗前后各项评分分数的变化,评价四组患者在不同治疗方案下的临床疗效.结果 D组西医常规+中医外治法+中药针剂组在治疗缺血性脑卒中急性期瘀血阻络型患者的神经功能缺损评分、中医症候积分、临床总疗效、日常生活能力的改善情况均优于其他组(P
