课堂督导是教学督导的一个重要环节和方法,如何正确利用教学督导制度,评估教师的教学质量,并给授课教师提出中肯的意见和建议,为学校领导及职能部门提供决策参考,从而提高学校的教学质量,是督导者必须思考和解决的问题。本文总结了所在医学院校的课堂督导情况,包括主要督导对象、督导形式,教师的工作态度、教学水平和学生听课反馈结果,并对督导结果进行了反思。
