中西医结合硕士研究生作为***人才的代表,是中西医结合学科的重要组成部分,也是其发展进步的关键。培养***的中西医结合人才能为中西医结合学科稳定且长远的发展提供有力的人才支撑。本文针对中西医结合医学教育现状,基于五行学说、阴阳学说和整体观等中医哲学思维依次从培养***的全面医学人才,到中西医双思维并重的中西医结合特色的人才培养,再到多学科交叉培养的复合型且具有国际竞争力的人才培养,逐层递进深入,建立了一种新的培养模式,即“五位一体”、中西医双思维并重、多学科交叉培养模式,旨在为传播中医药文化的同时,为中西医结合培养***人才提供一个新的思路与方法。
