目的:探讨育龄期肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)妇女的内分泌激素及代谢特点。方法:选取2017年3月至2019年5月在湖南省中医药研究院附属医院的199例育龄期PCOS患者，根据体重指数(BMI)分为肥胖组91例和非肥胖组108例，所有患者均行内分泌激素检测、口服葡萄糖耐量试验(OGTT)及胰岛素释放试验(IRT)，分析两组PCOS患者内分泌代谢指标。结果:肥胖型PCOS患者中胰岛素抵抗(IR)、高胰岛素血症(HI)、糖调节受损(IGR)、糖耐量减低(IGT)发生率明显升高( P
