目的:探讨表皮生长因子样结构域7(EGFL7)在恶性脑膜瘤细胞及组织的表达及意义。方法:体外培养人恶性脑膜瘤细胞株(IOMM-LEE、CH157-MN)及正常人脑膜细胞系(HMC-1400)。采用实时荧光定量PCR(qRT-PCR)、反转录PCR(RT-PCR)、蛋白免疫印迹(Western blot)等方法检测EGFL7 mRNA及EGFL7蛋白在细胞株IOMM-LEE、CH157-MN和细胞系HMC-1400中表达，检测25例恶性脑膜瘤肿瘤组织及相应的瘤周正常蛛网膜组织、侵袭的颅骨组织中EGFL7 mRNA及EGFL7蛋白的表达水平。结果:qRT-PCR、RT-PCR及Western blot结果显示人恶性脑膜瘤细胞株IOMM-LEE和CH157-MN中的EGFL7 mRNA及蛋白表达水平均高于正常人脑膜细胞系HMC-1400(...

Objective: To investigate the expression and significance of epidermal growth factor-like domain 7 (EGFL7) in malignant meningioma. Methods: Human malignant meningeal cell lines (IOMM-LEE, CH157-MN) and normal meningeal cells (HMC-1400) were cultured in vitro.
