Efficacy and safety evaluation of edaravone combined with Danhong Injection in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction rats

目的:评价依达拉奉联合丹红注射液对急性脑梗死(ACI)大鼠的疗效和安全性。方法:将SD大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型组、依达拉奉组、丹红注射液组、依达拉奉联合丹红注射液组(联合用药组),采用线栓法制作大鼠左侧大脑中动脉脑缺血(MCAO)模型,除假手术组外,每组按不同时间点(1、3、5、7d)分为4个亚组,观察比较各组大鼠各时相的疗效评价指标(神经功能缺损评分、脑组织梗死体积、脑组织含水量、脑组织形态学改变)及安全性评价指标。结果:与模型组比较,假手术组各项疗效评价指标数值均存在显著差异(P

Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of edaravone combined with Danhong Injection in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction rats. Methods: SD rats were randomly divided into the sham operation group, model group, edaravone group, Danhong group and edaravone combined with Danhong group(combination group). The thread method was used to establish the left middle cerebral artery cerebral ischemia(MCAO) model.
