Establishment and mechanism of a rat model with changre fushi syndrome in yangming disease

目的：探求大鼠阳明病肠热腑实证客观性辨证指标．方法：大鼠先灌服热性中药连续12d，于13，14d自身粪便灌胃，15dipN菌内毒素，造阳明病肠热腑实证．观察模型大鼠的活动和体温，取大鼠血用间苯三酚法测大鼠小肠对D-木糖的吸收功能，能量代谢相关酶Na^＋ -K^＋ -ATP酶活性并观察胃、小肠、肝、胰腺、结肠、脾组织形态学变化．结果：模型组大鼠好动，体温升高，大便干结，小肠吸收功能增强，Na^＋ -K^＋ -ATP酶的活性升高（2．8777±0．4489 vs 2．4683±0．4780，P〈0．01），可见胃黏膜结构基本正常、主细胞数目减少、壁细胞淡染、轻度水肿及空泡样变和小肠吸收细胞数目较多，可见局灶性炎性浸...

AIM： To investigate the indices of syndrome differentiation for changre fushi syndrome in yangming disease. METHODS： The rat model with changre fushi syndrome in yangming disease was established by perfusing chinese herb of the hot for 12 days and then with the rat dung in the 13^th and 14^th day.
