概述并总结了日本功能性食品发展的历程、发展特点及管理经验,提出其对中国药膳产业发展的启示,指出政府主管部门应明确管理责任,加强市场监管,同时企业需要加大科技创新,吸取中华优秀的中医文化,发掘药食同源的产品精髓,努力地开发出新产品。
