The phenol-sulfuric acid method was used to determine the water-soluble crude polysaccharide content of Dendrobium candidum ultrafine powder and regular powder,and the effect of ultramicrotechnique on the extraction of polysaccharides from Dendrobium candidum was investigated.The results showed that the content of water-soluble crude polysaccharide of Den drobium candidum ultrafine powder was 484.6 mg/g,and the content of water-soluble crude polysaccharide of regular powder was 370.2 mg/g,the former was 30.9% higher than that of the later,there was a signficant difference between the two(P
