摘要:
目的:观察姜黄素对db/db小鼠糖尿病肾病的疗效,并探讨其可能的作用机制.方法:雌性db/db小鼠10只,随机分为模型组和姜黄素治疗组,5只db/m小鼠为正常对照组,姜黄素治疗组予以姜黄素200mg/(kg·d)连续灌胃1 8周.实验结束时,尾静脉采血测血糖,ELISA检测小鼠24h尿蛋白,PAS染色观察小鼠肾组织病理改变,免疫组织化学检测Ⅳ型胶原以及纤连蛋白(fibronectin,FN)在肾组织的表达,Western印迹检测磷酸化的信号转导与转录激活因子3 (signal transducer and activator of transcription 3,STAT3)及IκB在肾组织的表达.结果:与db/m小鼠比较,db/db小鼠体型肥胖,血糖明显升高,伴有大量蛋白尿;病理改变为肾小球肥大...

Objective: to determine the 5effect of curcumin on diabetic nephropathy in db/db mice and its possible mechanism.Methods: Ten female db/db mice were randomly divided into 2 groups: one was treated with supported by the Funds for International Cooperation and Exchange of the National Natural Science Foundation of China (81061120524) and the Natural Science Foundation of Hunan Province, P.
