Effects and mechanisms of Qi-boosting toxin-resolving formula on the precancerous lesions of nasopharyngeal epithelia in TgN （p53mt-LMP1）/HT transgenic mice

目的：观察益气解毒方对小鼠鼻咽癌癌前病变的逆转作用，并探讨其机制。方法将72只TgN（ p53mt-LMP1）／HT转基因阳性小鼠随机分为A、B、C组各24只，24只健康野生小鼠作为D组。各组均皮下注射二亚硝基哌嗪进行癌前病变诱导，同时A、B、C组分别给予生理盐水、益气解毒方浓缩煎液、维A酸0．2 mL／d灌胃， D组不予处理，治疗14周。治疗结束后处死小鼠，取小鼠鼻咽组织。于光学显微镜下观察组织异型增生情况，透射电镜下观察超微病理学特征。采用免疫组化、Western blot 法检测组织Cx43、Cx32、Cx26蛋白表达，RT-PCR法检测其mRNA相对表达。结果光镜下观察，A组鼻咽黏膜上皮细胞异型增生明显，有癌变...
