目的:观察干眼症患者泪液炎症因子白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)和白细胞介素-18(IL-18)与症状体征的相关性.方法:选取2018-09/12在湖南中医药大学第一附属医院眼科干眼门诊就诊的患者131例262眼,根据2013年干眼临床诊疗专家共识中干眼的分级标准将患者分为无干眼组、轻度干眼组、中度干眼组、重度干眼组,检测所有患者干眼症状评分、泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、泪液分泌试验(SⅠt)、角膜荧光素钠染色评分(FL)的情况,ELISA法检测患者泪液中IL-1β、IL-18的表达,分析干眼炎症因子与症状体征的相关性.结果:各组患者干眼症状评分、BUT、SⅠt、FL及泪液中IL-1β、IL-18表达差异均有统计学意义(P
