目的:比较FS-LASIK与ICL植入术治疗近视的临床疗效。方法:计算机检索2015-01/2020-01中国知网数据库、万方数据库、重庆维普中文科技期刊全文数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库（CBM）、Cochrane Library、PubMed、MEDLINE等数据库关于采用FS-LASIK与ICL植入术治疗近视的临床对照研究相关文献,使用Rev-man5.3统计软件进行Meta分析和统计处理。结果:共纳入11项研究,患者673例1 301眼。Meta分析结果显示,FS-LASIK与ICL植入术后的安全性指数（术后最佳矫正视力/术前最佳矫正视力）、客观视觉质量、等效球镜度、柱镜度、球镜度、三叶草像差、彗差均无差异,但与ICL植入术相比,FS-LASIK术后有效性指数（...
