目的 :探讨外敷伤速康贴膏联合玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射治疗气滞血瘀证膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法 :选取68例膝骨关节炎患者随机分为对照组和观察组各34例,对照组采用玻璃酸钠膝关节腔内注射治疗,观察组采用伤速康贴膏联合关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠治疗,4周后对患者膝关节疼痛、运动功能等指标进行评价,评估疗效。结果 :观察组有效率高于对照组;VAS评分、关节休息痛、关节运动痛、肿胀、行走能力及总分优于对照组（P
