目的 观察中药内外合治对甲亢患者甲状腺激素及心电图的影响.方法 将60例甲亢患者随机分为中药内外合治组(甲亢方内服+甲亢平膏外敷,治疗组)和西药对照组(丙基硫氧嘧啶,对照组),每组30例.内外合治组内服甲亢方,同时用甲亢平膏外敷甲状腺,每日1次,每次使用不超过10 h;对照组口服丙基硫氧嘧啶,每日用量300～600 mg,分3-4次服用.4用为1个疗程,观察2个疗程.结果 两组治疗前后组间血T3、T4、FT3、FT4、TSH 比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),与本组治疗前比较,差异有显著统计学意义(P
