Effect of Jinguishenqi decoction on apoptosis signal of podocyte in diabetic nephropathy mice

目的 探讨金匮肾气汤对db/db糖尿病小鼠肾脏足细胞凋亡的影响及机制.方法 将6周龄db/db糖尿病小鼠随机分为生理盐水组、金匮肾气汤组、二甲双胍组,均灌胃给药;♂db/m小鼠作为正常对照组.于18周龄处死动物,取血检测血糖,留24 h尿检测尿白蛋白;留取肾脏组织,分别进行PAS染色观察肾小球内系膜增生情况,透射电镜观察肾小球内足细胞足突情况,免疫荧光检测podocin在肾组织的表达,Western blot检测caspase-3、p-Bcl-2、p-JNK1/JNK1在肾组织的表达.结果 与db/db糖尿病小鼠比较,金匮肾气汤治疗后,24 h尿白蛋白水平降低,肾小球内系膜增宽程度减轻,肾小球内足细胞足突倒伏、融合明显减轻,肾小球内podocin线...

Aim To investigate the effect of Jinguishenqi decoction on renal podocyte apoptosis in db/db diabetic mice and the underlying mechanism. Methods Six weeks old db/db diabetic mice were randomly divided into three groups; saline group, Jinguishenqi decoction group, metformin positive control group, and male db/m mice as normal control group.
