目的运用网络药理学分析独活寄生汤治疗膝骨关节炎的可能的作用机制。方法在TCMSP平台内检索独活寄生汤的生物活性成分并根据研究需要进行筛选,同时在GeneCards数据库中检索膝骨关节炎的靶点;运用Cytoscape软件构建"药物—成分—靶点—疾病"复杂网络关系图;同时构建韦恩图,得到独活寄生汤治疗膝骨关节炎的作用靶点;构建PPI网络,使用Network Analyzer进行网络特征分析;并进行基因本体（GO）功能注释和东京基因组百科全书（KEGG）通路富集分析。结果共探索出独活寄生汤中的有效活性成分154种,潜在靶点130个,膝骨关节炎疾病靶点1 878个,得到共同靶点63个。这些共同作用靶点主要富集于68个生物过程和...

Aim To study the mechanism of Duhuo Jisheng decoction in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis (KOA) by network pharmacology. Methods The active components of Duhuo Jisheng decoction were screened on traditional Chinese medicine systems pharmacology (TCMSP) platform according to research criteria, and the targets of KOA were predicted in GeneCards database.
