肝癌具有发病率高,恶性度高,发病隐匿等特点。目前,肝癌治疗主要有手术和放化疗,但预后效果不佳。因此,探讨肝癌的发病机制并在此基础上找到有效的药物至关重要。蛋白质翻译后修饰是当前表观遗传学的研究热点。现研究发现肝癌的发生发展与翻译后修饰的异常有相关性,并且可以作为肝癌的诊疗靶点。该文就近几年发现的主要的蛋白质翻译后修饰与肝癌的关系进行综述,为肝癌的诊治及预后提供线索。
