目的：建立白芍微粉细胞破壁率的检测方法。方法：采用细胞计数法，以薄壁细胞为评价指标，考察超细粉碎技术对白芍细胞破壁率的影响，测定白芍微粉的细胞破壁率。结果：白芍细粉称样量与完整细胞计数的回归分析结果表明，两者呈显著相关性。白芍经超细粉碎后细胞破壁率为97．01％。结论：白芍粉末细胞计数方法简便，稳定，可靠。

Objective： To establish a method to determine wall-broken rate on Raidix Paeoniae Alba micropowder. Methods： Cytometry was used to investigate the influence of ultra-pulverization on Raidix Paeoniae Alba, and wall-broken rate on Raidix Paeoniae Alba micropowder was also determined. Results： The regression analysis result of the weight of Raidix Paeoniae Alba powder and the number of complete cell indicated that both correlated significantly.
