目的:观察甘麦大枣汤加减联合西药氟西汀治疗中风后抑郁症的临床疗效.方法:将60例中风后抑郁症患者随机分成两组,对照组30例,给予西药氟西汀治疗;治疗组30例,在对照组治疗的基础上采用甘麦大枣汤加减治疗.两组在治疗前和治疗后8周分别进行汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)及改良爱丁堡-斯堪的那维亚评分(MESSS)量表评分.结果:两组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P
