目的 对不同产区与采收期黄柏药材中小檗碱与黄柏碱含量进行对比研究,为其药材质量评价与资源合理利用提供参考.方法 采用高效液相色谱法对不同产区与采收期黄柏中小檗碱与黄柏碱进行测定.色谱柱为Lichrospher C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.1％磷酸溶液(50∶50),检测波长为265 nm,流速为1 mL/min;黄柏碱流动相为乙腈-0.1％磷酸溶液(36∶64),检测波长为284 nm,流速为1 mL/min.结果 在检测的22批次样品中,不同产区黄柏中小檗碱与黄柏碱含量有一定差异,但均可达到《中国药典》2010年版黄柏含量限度要求,以保靖县与花坛县产区最高;采收期对其含量有一定的影响,5～6月上旬采收样品含量...
