目的 多指标综合评价结合中心组合设计(BBD)响应曲面法优选煨术香的炮制工艺.方法 以煨木香的外观性状、挥发油、木香烃内酯、去氢木香内酯含量的综合评分为评价指标,采用BBD响应曲面法对平铺层数、纸煨温度、纸煨时间进行考察,筛选最佳炮制工艺参数,并对优化后的炮制工艺进行验证.结果 煨木香的最佳炮制工艺为:将湿木香饮片用1层草纸包裹后,问隔平铺5层,置100℃烘箱中烘煨约2h,木香呈棕黄色取出.结论 优选出的木香纸煨炮制工艺简单、可行、稳定,能为制定小香饮片的炮制工艺和标准规范提供依据.
