目的 研究筋骨片的活血化瘀作用.方法 采用肾上腺素联合冰浴制作大鼠血瘀模型.观察筋骨片对其血液流变学的影响;观察给予筋骨片前后小鼠耳廓微循环的变化.结果 筋骨片可降低血瘀模型大鼠的全血黏度和血浆黏度,减少红细胞压积,改善急性血瘀模型大鼠血液的粘、凝状态;筋骨片能明显改善小鼠耳廓微循环,与空白组比较,筋骨片低、中、高剂量组在给药20 min后差异有显著性.结论 筋骨片具有一定的活血化瘀作用.

Objective To study the blood circulation promoting and blood stasis removing effects of jingu tablet. Methods The blood stasis model on rats was created by combining the adrenalin and ice-bath, and effects of Jingu tablet on hemorheology and changes of auricle microcirculation were investigated. Results Jingu tablet decreased the whole blood viscosity,improved coagulating condition in the acute blood stasis model, and reduced hematocrit. It also enhanced auricle microcirculation obviously.
