目的:观察养心通脉有效部位方(apr-YTF)对大鼠骨髓间充质干细胞(BMSCs)归巢梗死心肌的影响。方法:将急性心肌梗死(AMI)造模成功的大鼠随机分成3组,分别给予apr-YTF注射液(实验观察组)、rhG-CSF注射液(阳性对照组)、PBS缓冲液(模型对照组)干预,应用PcLab系统测量各组大鼠在体心功能;Passon’s染色观测心室肌瘢痕面积、瘢痕毛细血管数;免疫组化检测心肌组织Ca 34
