Determination of macroporous resin residues in total flavonoids of Rhizoma Drynaria by headspace gas chromatography

目的建立骨碎补总黄酮中6种大孔树脂有机溶剂残留物的检测方法。方法采用顶空气相色谱法测定骨碎补总黄酮中大孔树脂残留物苯、甲苯、二甲苯、苯乙烯、二乙烯苯及正庚烷含量。结果各组分在线性范围内呈良好线性关系,相关系数为0.999 50.999 0,平均回收率符合要求。各组分检出量均符合规定。结论该方法简便可行,重现性好,结果可靠,适合用于骨碎补总黄酮中树脂残留物的测定。

Objective To determine benzene,n-heptane,methyl benzene,dimethyl,benzene vinyl and divinyl-benzene of macroporous resin residues in total flavonoids of Rhizoma Drynaria.Methods The macropore resin residues in total flavonoids of Rhizoma Drynariae were determined by headspace gas chromatography.Results The calibration curves were in good linearity（0.999 5-0.999 0）.Conclusion The method is simple,reproducible,and can be used to determine the macropor...
