Objective To establish an HPLC fingerprint of fat-soluble components of Evodiae Fructus from different areas in Hunan. Methods The chromatographic column was Hypersill ODS(4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) from Dalian Elite, the mobile phase was methanol-0.02% phosphoric acid solution with gradient elution, the flow rate was 0.8 mL·min^- 1, the temperature was 30 ℃, and the wavelength was 245 nm.
