Abstract: Background: Extensive evidence suggests that gut microbiota may interact with the kidneys and play central roles in the pathogenesis of disease. However, the association of gut microbiota-kidneys in diarrhea remains unclear. Methods: A diarrhea mouse model was constructed by combining adenine with Folium sennae.
