目的:探索中医肿瘤内科实习生入科培训引入研究生标准化病人的应用效果.方法:将湖南中医药大学2011级5年制中医专业本科学生40人,随机分为实验组及对照组各20名,对照组采用传统的授课方式,实验组则在传统方法上增加研究生标准化病人的参与;采用书面试卷考核及问卷调查分析教学结果.结果:对学习效果的评价显示,对照组与实验组在理论考试成绩上无差异(P>0.05),而在理论操作考试成绩及合格率上具有差异性(P
