《针法灸法》实训课程是一门实践性很强的学科,是针推专业学生的一门必修课,也是临床学科的基础课。但是,由于大专生源的文化基础和行为习惯相对较差,加之学校实训场地不够标准和学生实训人数多等原因,在实训教学过程中未重视规范管理,也会出现学生操作道具随意摆放、教师考核无标准、教学任务随意性较大等问题。文章通过对“6S”管理模式的研究,探讨其在《针法灸法》实训教学过程中的可行性。
