研究生培养过程管理是研究生教育质量保证体系中最为重要的内容,目前研究生培养的过程管理还比较薄弱。笔者以湖南中医药大学中西医结合"双一流"建设及一级学科博士点建设为契机,从二级学院、导师、研究生三个方位(简称三位)和研究生开题、中期考核、毕业答辩体系化(简称一体)来探索和实践研究生的培养过程管理,不断提高中西医结合专业研究生的培养质量。
