Objective: To explore the relationship between nurses'acute stress and job withdrawal behavior in major public health emergencies, and to investigate the mechanism of depression and mindfulness. Methods: The Stanford Acute Stress Reaction Questionnaire, Depression, Anxiety and Stress scale, Mindful Attention Awareness Scale and Job Withdrawal Behavior Scale were used to investigate 533 clinical nurses.
