关于水液代谢在体内的运行情况,古今医家多数认为主要与脾之运化水湿,肺之散布水液于周身,肾之气化蒸腾排泄,三焦之统摄决渎有关。然而,心在水液代谢中的作用同样重要,却鲜有医家讨论。通过溯源《黄帝内经》,从心的生理特性、功能,心与其他脏器的关系,揭示了心与水液代谢的密切关系。对于明晰水液代谢与心的关系,指导临床诊断和治疗具有积极意义。
