Effect of Danshen Yin on Myocardial Iischemia and Related Biochemical Index of Blood in Dogs

目的 探讨加味丹参饮对麻醉犬急性心肌缺血及相关血液生化指标的影响及作用机制。方法 将25条犬随机分为模型组、恬尔心组（阳性组）、加味丹参饮大、中、小剂量组。每组5只。采用麻醉犬心外膜电图标洲心肌缺血程度。定量组织学（N-BT染色法）测定心肌梗死范围，股动脉抽血测定血清肌酸激酶（CK）、（LDH）的活性变化。结果 在给药后30、60、90、120min。加味丹参饮大、中、剂量组∑-ST分别与模型组比较均有统计学意义（P〈0．05。P〈0．01）。阳性组有同样作用，但与加味丹参饮组比较无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；对心肌梗死面积的影响，在给药后120min，加味丹参饮3个剂量组及阳性组与模型组比较...

Objective To observe the effect of Danshen yin （DSY） on the myocardial ischemia and the change of related biochemical index of blood in dogs. Methods Myocardial ischemia models were induced by ligating anterior descending branch of the left coronary artery of the dogs.
