Relationship between mobile phone addiction and depression:A mediating role of loneliness

目的:探讨大学生手机成瘾、孤独感与抑郁之间的关系.方法:采用手机成瘾倾向量表、抑郁自评量表和孤独感量表对湖南长沙某医药类院校的674名大学生进行调查.结果:大学生手机成瘾、孤独感和抑郁在性别(t=-3.386,P＜0.05)、分科(t=2.252,P＜0.05)方面均存在显著差异,而在生源地方面不存在显著差异(t=-0.259,P＞0.05).手机成瘾与孤独感、抑郁显著正相关.孤独感在手机成瘾与抑郁的关系中起部分中介作用,中介效应占总效应的49.85％.结论:孤独感在手机成瘾与抑郁的关系中起部分中介作用.

Objective:To explore the association of mobile phone addiction with depression and loneliness in college students.Methods:Totally 674 college students were selected and asked to complete the mobile phone addiction index scale,the university of California loneliness scale,and the self-rating depression scale.Results:There were significant differences between genders and majors(t=-3.386,2.252;P0.05).There were significantly positive correlations among loneliness,depression and mobile phone addiction.loneliness had a partial mediating effect on the relationship between depression and mobile phone...
