　　目的：了解针灸治疗女性尿失禁的现状和存在的问题。方法：总结和分析近年来针灸治疗女性尿失禁的文献。结果：针灸治疗本病具有疗效显著、疗程短、无副作用、复发率低等特点，但针对伴有急迫性尿失禁的混合性尿失禁的针灸研究较少。结论：今后应加强针灸对混合性尿失禁的研究。
