已传承上千年的中医药是我国极具特色的卫生资源,也是我国医药卫生事业的重要组成部分。如何继承和发展中医药一直是社会关注的重点。各大中医院校在积极探索中发现,培养中医拔尖人才对继承和发展中医药有着举足轻重的作用。本文以湖南中医药大学所设置的中医拔尖人才班为例,浅要分析目前中医拔尖人才的培养现状,这种培养现状所带来的利弊和解决弊端的措施,以及对中医学子的展望。

The traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） which has been inherited on thousands of years is the special health resources,also is an important part of pharmaceutical and health care fields in China. It is concerned by community on how to inherit and de-velop the TCM.
