Study on dependability of AT-Ⅲ between 4 subfamilies of blood stasis syndrome in angina of coronary heart disease and blood hypercoagulability

目的:探讨抗凝血酶Ⅲ(AT-Ⅲ)与冠心病心绞痛血瘀证四亚型的相关性.方法:对符合诊断标准的172例受试者分别检测其AT-Ⅲ指标.所有数据均用SPSS 13.0统计分析软件处理.结果:冠心病心绞痛血瘀证血浆AT-Ⅲ浓度除痰浊血瘀组外,其他明显低于冠心病心绞痛非血瘀证组和健康对照组.各亚型之间比较,阴虚血瘀＜气虚血瘀＜气滞血瘀＜痰浊血瘀.结论:冠心病心绞痛血瘀证不同亚型与AT-Ⅲ有密切的相关性,虚证较实证抗凝血酶功能更低下,更存在发生血栓的危险.
